Professional Services

Our Professional Services Group (PSG) exists to accelerate the implementation of MITEM's products. By maintaining a focus on our own products and related technologies we are able to create the center of technical excellence for MITEM products world-wide. Customers choose to engage with MITEM PSG for different reasons:

Implementation

  • You want to have the Blue Iris Core and subsequent Expansion Packs professionally installed, configured and tested from beginning to end.

Supplemental resources

  • Your overworked IT department needs short-term help to get the new system up and running, or special assistance during a system upgrade, expansion or migration.

Custom development and integration

  • You wish to extend the versatile Blue Iris Core by adding custom functionality and/or integrating Blue Iris with non-standard systems.
