Joint effort to focus on the MEDITECH platform

MITEM and LYNX Medical Systems will provide health care organizations with a joint solution that streamlines and manages emergency department encounter documentation and updates procedures and charge codes in real-time to the MEDITECH system.
In the healthcare market, MITEM Corporation currently provides MEDITECH hospitals with two product offerings, Blue Iris Connect and the Blue Iris MD Expansion Pack- a clinical portal. Blue Iris Connect integrates physician office EMR's with MEDITECH MAGIC and enables the automation of lab orders and results reporting. The MD Expansion Pack is a read/write portal for the MAGIC systems that presents patient data in a progress note format.
