Advisory Board
Creating a product that meets the needs of an environment as complex as that found in the healthcare market is a daunting challenge for most organizations. Our company elected to provide solutions for the market only after extensive discussion and feedback from people who live, breathe and sleep in this world.
As a solution to providing the design and development teams with the expertise they need to build world class solutions, we set up a Blue Iris Advisory Board. This board, headed up by Dr. Dayton Misfeldt, MD PhD, works to provide necessary input on the design, features, and functionality of the Blue Iris line of products. In addition, the board takes customer feedback and helps relay that feedback in terms of goals for the design and development teams.
We believe, as a company, that the more feedback we get from the market and real users, the better our product will become. The only way to get that feedback is to listen. The advisory board provides that communication channel necessary to turn the feedback into product.
One of the fundamental goals of the board is to made up of members who are active in their chosen profession each and every day. That means that our board comprises doctors and nurses who see patients every day and IT professionals that deal with the day-to-day running of hospital and clinical facilities. After all, the market changes so rapidly that the only real way to stay on top of this information is to interact with those people who live it.
